It seeks to encourage the world community to ensure that children everywhere enjoy their fundamental rights free from all forms of commercial sexual exploitation. ECPAT has Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC). Not make it more difficult to enter but rather if you see a "white" man with a child from a country such as Thailand, question him!! Ask him what is the relation of the child to him. If he claims he adopted her, make him produce the adoption papers, etc... Just do something, anything to make trafficking a bit more difficult for traffickers!
